Family Concierge is the family service at Paradisus by Meliá Bali, a five-star beachfront resort in Nusa Dua. Families stay in 43 dedicated suites with bunk-bed areas for children, check in privately at the Family Concierge Lounge, open 24 hours, have breakfast in their own setting at Peseta and keep a Family Concierge cabana on the beach. Around them are the two Kidsdom kids’ clubs for ages 4 to 12, by Aquazone and by the beach, YOURWAY Teen Club for ages 13 to 18 with its own bowling alley, and the Aquazone Water Theme Park with four slides. Couples and adults travelling without children can choose The Reserve, a separate adults-only area for guests aged 16 and over; the rest of the resort welcomes all ages.

The 43 Family Concierge suites: the Junior Suite Garden View (50 m², 15 suites), the Junior Suite Lagoon Access (60 m², 15 suites, with steps into the lagoon pool) and the Suite Duplex (60 m², 13 suites, on two levels). Each has a bunk-bed area for children.
Is baby equipment available?
Yes, on request and subject to availability: a baby cot, high chair, baby bathtub, potty or toilet adapter, bottle sterilizer and warmer, bathroom step, bed barrier and a kids’ amenities kit.
Can children join the excursions?
Yes. Children are welcome on the Uluwatu and Tanah Lot & Taman Ayun excursions, which are included for all-inclusive guests. The Devdan Show is included for Family Concierge guests on an all-inclusive stay. Guests on other rates can join for an additional charge.
